- Daybreak Health provides teletherapy mental-health services specifically targeted for children and teens (ages ~5-19) in partnership with schools, districts and health plans.
- We work with health plans (both Medicaid and commercial) and school districts so that children can access services.
- Sessions can happen from home, school or another safe space without having to commute to an office. Appointments are scheduled Monday through Saturday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM.

We know you are busy. That is why Daybreak Onboarding or your child is quick and easy. The faster you complete this information the faster your child can receive care.

💛 School staff will make a referral
Within 30 minutes a Welcome to Daybreak Email will be generated to parents and like most sites you use, you will create a password. This dashboard will be useful in providing information and tracking upcoming appointments.

💛 The family will access the online site through the email. Select Missing Onboarding Information.

💛 Starting with the Consents and Agreements, read each section and check the boxes next to privacy policy, authorization of benefits, release of information, informed consent, and terms of service.

💛 Now go to the Insurance section and add the information. When finished, go to the Intake Information and complete the availability by clicking on the boxes that your child is available for sessions. Now complete the questionnaire with your child. Enter Submit.
